I came here for 3 nights and had a very good stay. I liked that the hotel was big size, 1st class with an EXCELLENT service. The breakfast was hot and perfect with very nice view and desserts, as example and the ambiance was quiet. The staff were very efficient and incredibly helpful in case of questions. The venue was placed 16 miles away from the airport.

Marvellous and lovely location to Shopping. Very specious and immaculately clean rooms with "that" condition and shower and a very comfortable bed, warm breakfasts;))
Stain in the room.

The food was reasonably priced, especially cereals, pastries and eggs for breakfast. I was there for 3 nights and ate at lounge restaurant with excellent service and high quality organic food. The location was great, for example, a spacious aquarium was at a walking distance from the hotel.

Great location, close to all embassies and lots of Malls. The restaurant East Indy was excellent for dinner, great food at a good price. Rooms were beautiful.
Breakfast was limited, and when you asked for bacon, you got only 1 slice and the pastries were not fresh.

Price is not that high, but the hotel offers really 5-star comfort. Our room was large but cozy, with nice contemporary design, beatiful view over the Bangkok skyline, very comfortable bed and bathroom. It will be especially highly evaluated by romantic pairs. Swimming pool definitely worth visiting, especially after sunset. Feeling like you are not swimming but flying over Bangkok. Location is good enough, bts station is about 300 m (and no noise! - perfectly soundproof), one of the big malls is also near. The staff is friendly and very helpful, but it seems to be a common feature for Thailand in general
The only thing which is average - is breakfast: no thai food, seafood, no fresh juices, only european / american meal

The hotel facilities, especially the cool iptv
The food. Especially the breakfast, which is very much below expectations and below par for a 5-star hotel. Choices are limited and tastes awful!

The fine views of the Bangkok skyline from my room were amazing.
Unfortunately, the breakfast variety was quite limited and repetitive.

Very modern design. Very new. Every detail of the room is well thought. Extremely big rooms and bathroom with jakuzi and separate big standing shower. Apple TV/Internet system in both bedroom and living room. Nice pool area. Nice friendly staff and warm welcome. Definitely worth of money. 5 min. Walk to Nana road. Highly recommended for all kind of travellers. P/S: Exteremely comfortable slippers that I couldn't resist to steel them (both pairs). :)
Really nothing at all. P/S: I was caught with a shame that I stole the slippers. But, I just requested to buy them which cost was given kindly as 130BAHT per pair. :))

I particularly appreciate the spacious room size in the suite, of course, at the relatively competitive price to most of the suites in Bangkok, so that I have actually gained the pleasure and relaxation as I was in room. Besides, swimming pool is well-designed at the first sight, which you could barely find in older hotels. Overally, I feel this new hotel nice.
First of all, I do have to say that the quality and variety of breakfast in this new hotel leaves so "much' to be desired, which may be the top disappointment for my stay this time. Secondly, construction and facility quality in the bathroom fail to meet what a 5 star hotel must have. Thirdly, restaurants in the hotel show no attraction to hotel guests. Finally, English standard in some of the hotel staff is likely to live up to that they should possess.

Wow, let me just say the udon at nearby Hinata was a culinary delight-seriously the kind of flavor that makes your taste buds dance! The location of Sivatel is super convenient, with a ton of great local eats just a hop away. Plus, the rooftop pool is a slice of paradise-perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the vibrant streets of Bangkok.

I appreciated the spacious and beautifully decorated 1 Bedroom Corner Suite. The large windows provided fine views of Bangkok's skyline, and the helpful staff ensured my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Access to the lobby was convenient and easy for seniors.
Improve the breakfast variety and quality for seniors.
